As an Electrical Package Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of all electrical packages within the project. You will lead the work from design and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning and final handover, ensuring that all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with the project’s requirements for quality, schedule and budget.

About the Role
As an Electrical Package Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the electrical package throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design and installation through testing, commissioning and final handover.
The role involves leading and coordinating project teams, subcontractors and suppliers, as well as closely monitoring progress, quality and technical interfaces.
You will ensure that all electrical works are carried out in accordance with project requirements, applicable standards and HSE regulations. You will also conduct inspections, follow up documentation and quality controls, and address any issues where quality or safety may be at risk.
As a key member of the project organisation, you will contribute to the efficient and successful delivery, testing, commissioning and handover of the electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and follow up the design, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Lead and coordinate electrical subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality requirements and HSE standards.
- Conduct inspections and resolve technical challenges.
- Manage documentation and ensure compliance with relevant requirements and regulations.
- Review and approve electrical designs and modifications.
- Reject work or materials that do not meet required standards and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Stop work in the event of serious safety violations and ensure that necessary improvement measures are implemented.
- Support final testing, commissioning and handover of electrical installations and systems.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing electrical contracts, packages, deliveries or major project execution. Experience from large-scale construction projects, industrial projects or data centre projects will be a clear advantage.
You have solid technical expertise in power distribution, lighting systems and control systems, combined with a good understanding of applicable regulations, safety requirements and relevant industry standards.
We are looking for a structured and confident leader who can drive progress, coordinate multiple stakeholders and handle technical challenges effectively.
You have relevant technical education from a university, university college or technical vocational college within electrical engineering, electrotechnical disciplines or a related field. However, we place significant emphasis on practical experience and proven results, and candidates with extensive relevant project and leadership experience will also be considered even if their educational background differs.

Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree or other relevant education within Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- More than 5 years of experience in project management or the management of electrical contracts/packages.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting systems and control systems.
- Good understanding of electrical regulations, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with project management, design and electrical modelling software.
- Experience with BIM and digital construction management platforms is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex challenges.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
